The air draft regulator smoothly regulates the amount of air entering the boiler, thanks to which the flame size is controlled and the set water temperature is maintained. The regulator limits boiler overheating, improves comfort of use and reduces fuel consumption.
HOW TO INSTALL
1) Screw the 3/4 "threaded end (1) into the marked place on the boiler. Set the regulator in a position enabling proper operation of the lever and chain. If the controller has been mounted in accordance with fig. A (horizontal installation), the arrow on the body (2) should face upwards. If the regulator has been installed according to fig. B (vertical assembly), set it so that the mounting socket of the lever (3) is in the same plane as the boiler air damper.
2) Remove the plastic plug from the hole in the controller and slide the hexagonal lever (4) into this hole, then attach the chain (5) to the hole in the lever. If you dismantle the lever, keep it in the position it was before dismantling when reassembling it.
3) Set the regulator knob (6) to 60 ° C and lock the lever by slightly inclining it towards the floor, so that the chain is in line with the hole for fixing the chain in the boiler door (7).
