Principle of Operation:
The WW Circulation Controller is designed to adapt the control of hot water circulation systems to the individual needs of each user. It reduces the waiting time for hot water at the tapping point in a highly economical manner, while maintaining the ease of use. It regulates the operation of the circulation pump, which, at the time of user withdrawal, accelerates the flow of hot water to the tap by replacing the water present there with warm water of the desired temperature in the circulating circulation and at the tap. The control system controls the setpoint temperature specified by the user in the circulation circuit and only activates the pump after the setpoint temperature has dropped so that no heat loss occurs in the DHW system. This reduces the consumption of energy and water and protects the system working in the system (eg a circulation pump). The re-operation of the circulation system takes place only when the user requests hot water and at the same time decreases the desired temperature in the circulation circuit. The controller has all the necessary functions to adapt to different DHW circulation systems. It has a function to control the operation of the hot water circulation, in addition he can put a circulation pump in case of overheating of the hot water heating device in operation (eg in solar panels). The device is equipped with an anti-surge function for pumps (protection against blocking the pump rotor), the adjustable operating time of the circulation pump is set individually by the user.
