Working principle
The CS-19 controller controls central heating and hot water pumps and the fan. The controller has a touch display and it is possible to connect a room thermostat. The regulator is intended for boilers that use solid fuel, wood, coal, coals. The user can choose from five working modes depending on the type of boiler and fuel. First of all, the user needs to determine the temperature of the boiler that the controller should hold and the working mode of the controller. This can be done under the menu key (F). We can find out the current temperature of the hot water tank by pressing the [-] key. After 3 seconds, the controller automatically switches the display to the current boiler temperature.
- Function F1 wood and coal (flowing fan power)

- Function F3 coal (fan power 50% + blower)
- Function F4 coal grit (100% blower power + blower)

With the functions from F1 to F4, the controller automatically adjusts the settings thanks to the Control Smart algorithm, i.e. the fan power, the temperature at which the central heating pump starts up, and the temperature at which the boiler is extinguished. The fan power is reduced with F1 when the boiler temperature approaches the temperature set by the user. The extinction of the boiler takes place in the range of 35 ° C to 50 ° C. The central heating pump is switched on between 30 ° C and 40 ° C, depending on the set temperature of the boiler, and the hot water pump works on the principle of temperature difference. The set boiler temperature is also automatically the storage tank temperature.
The F5 function enables all parameters to be set as required, i.e. the temperature at which the pumps are started up, the blower power, pauses and length of the blow, temperature at which the fire develops and when it is extinguished. In each mode it is possible to set the priority of the hot water pump, as well as the summer mode and the room thermostat.
