Information on Repairability and Spare Parts Availability (EU Directives)

Important information regarding our product range in accordance with EU Ecodesign regulations:

Focus on control technology: Statutory obligations regarding the provision of manufacturer-specific repair information and long-term component availability apply—within our online shop—exclusively to the main control units we offer.

Direct access to spare parts: The remainder of our core product range consists entirely of specific spare parts, wear-and-tear components, and compatible sensors. We keep these items in stock and available for immediate delivery to both end consumers and independent specialist companies, with transparent pricing and no bureaucratic hurdles.

Long-term availability: For all main control units purchased from us, we guarantee that the components required for repairs can be obtained via our shop for at least 7 to 10 years after the date of purchase.

Should you require technical data sheets or assistance in identifying the correct spare part for your control unit, our customer service team is happy to help.

Please note that the warranty period is extended by one year if you opt for repair rather than a replacement delivery. The choice between repair and replacement lies with the customer. Exceptions: This choice does not apply if repair is impossible (e.g., wrong color) or if a replacement delivery is not an option (e.g., a unique item).
